Celebrating Solstice
Complete a Solo, Fireteam, or Pinnacle Ops activity in the Portal with at least one Solstice modifier active or complete a match in the Solstice Scorched Crucible Ops playlist.
Solstice modifiers can be selected from the Boons and Events category of modifiers. They are also active by default in matchmade activities and occasionally change during the event.
