Rahool offers three levels of decryption: Daily, allowing random focusing across a specific gear slot, Advanced, allowing focusing of previously earned gear from a given expansion, Precision, allowing for focusing specific pieces of previously acquired gear, and Novel, allowing focusing of gear you have not yet acquired.
