Travel to Sorrow's Harbor on the Moon and hunt the dark Wizard, Sarûk ur-Omni, Blade Navigator. Claim her head containing the Dreadnaught bio-codes.
Sarûk can be coaxed out of hiding by completing tiers of Altars of Sorrow.
