Osiris welcomes you back, standing in front of the Sundial's massive spire. "Well done, Guardian," he says. "The obelisk on the Tangled Shore is one link in the chain that will hold our timelines in place. This will buy us valuable time—time that we must use to push back the Red Legion."

He turns to look out past the translucent barriers that enclose the Sundial's center. Beyond them, battles rage across Mercury's past and future. He turns back to face you.

"Enter the Sundial. We must clear the Cabal from this place if we hope to stabilize Mercury's timeline. Your first run through the Sundial will allow me to calibrate it correctly so you can weave in and out of Mercury's timelines again and again."
