You can now shape and reshape weapons using the Relic on Mars.

Activating the Relic has awakened Resonant weapons across the system. Extract the Pattern mod or dismantle these Deepsight Resonant weapons to acquire progress toward additional weapon Patterns.

With this new information, return to Ikora in the Enclave on Mars.
